Kristin Ferris, a native New Englander, followed her family to North Carolina and fully embraced the coastal lifestyle. Now settled in her forever home in Kure Beach, this self-proclaimed “island girl” is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate dreams while sharing her love of the area’s charm and beauty.

With a strong background in event planning and nonprofit marketing, Kristin honed exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Her early exposure to design and architecture through her family’s interior design business further fueled her passion for homes and spaces. Today, as a member of The Butch Saunders Team at RE/MAX Essential, she channels this expertise into providing outstanding client service. Kristin thrives on helping a range of clients, whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or those seeking luxury properties and coastal retreats.

A proud Penn State graduate and avid football fan, Kristin never misses a rivalry game. She cherishes her role as "Kiki" to her 20-year-old twin niece and nephew, finding joy & inspiration in their energy.
